Ingrients & Directions

6 sl Bread; (brown or white)
3 Thick slices cheese; (of
-thesize of
; bread)
1/2 ts Crushed red chilli
Salt to taste
Blob of butter

Place 3 slice side by side.

Place a slice of cheese on each.

Sprinkle chilli and salt on each.

Cover with second piece of bread.

Cut each into quarters.

In small skewers, push 2 quarters, each.

Drizzle all with a little butter.

Grill over the hot coals of a barbeque or in an oven.

Serve hot with ketchup.

Making time: Preparation: 15 minutes, Roasting:10 minutes

Makes: 3 servings bowl

Shelflife: Best hot and crisp.

Variations: Add some marinated veggies in between two sandwiches. Drizzle
some ginger or garlic water over before roasting for added flavour.
