1 tb Active dry yeast 2 ts Chili powder
1/2 c Yellow cornmeal 1 cn (10oz) fat-free refried
3 tb Nonfat dry milk -beans *
2 c Unbleached all-purpose 3 tb Vegetable oil
-flour 1/4 c Egg substitute
1 c Whole-wheat flour 1 tb Honey
1 1/2 ts Salt 2/3 c Water

* canned or reconstituted from dry mix

Place all ingredients in the order listed in the bread machine.
Program machine for basic bread setting, and press start.

Yields: 1 loaf/10 slices

depending on the weight and absorbency of your flour.)

Per serving: 246 calories, 4.9g fat (18% of calories), 4.1g dietary
fiber, 8.3g protein, 43g carbohydrates, no cholesterol, 342 mg sodium.
